Yesterday early morning, my uncle's wife had her baby!!! It was totally, completely unexpected!!! The due date was January 23, but it came early by 11 days!!!
I was asleep when we received the phone call (it was like 6 A.M.!!), and my brother burst into my room I assume a while after the phone rang, because I didn't hear the phone ring and kept sleeping while it alerted the rest of my family. He yelled that my uncle's wife had her baby and ran out of my room. I was still half-asleep, so I just lay there on my bed facing the ceiling listening to my mom talk to...one of my aunts(?) on the phone. Then, a few minutes after their phone conversation, I didn't feel any real excitement and just went back to sleep. However, later on in the day, my excitement burst and my giddiness exploded. I was sooooooooooooo happy. HAHA. I went to visit my new baby cousin, my second baby cousin, and HE WAS SO CUTE!!! XD Another cute baby to play with. Haha. I can't wait!!! Joy to the world~!
Oh and we all expected him to be a "rat", but since he was so early, he's a "pig" (Chinese zodiac stuff. Since Chinese New Year isn't here yet, he's still a "pig". Everyone's saying that "rat"s are better...personally, I hate rats. Typing the word gives me shivers, but I don't fancy pigs either...but if I had to choose, it's be pig, so I guess this turned out alright.)
NOW, my family (the close ones that live in California) has at least one person born in every month (I think I worded this funny, but I can't seem to think of any "correct" way of putting it). We used to be missing someone in January, but now, it's all done! I would list all of them and their respective months, but I'm not too sure about it...haha. Now all we need is a \n "ox" or "cow", and my family will have at least one person for every animal in the Chinese zodiac! I was the only "rooster/chicken" until my uncle's wife had her first baby!!! But I'm still the only one born in September. XD
AND this calls for celebration in the form of a NEW LAYOUT~!
